Each conversation auto-writes a structured booking row to the existing Google Sheet the owners already used. Approve a status cell, and the guest gets confirmation instantly via WhatsApp.
Auto Review Collection
On checkout day, the system triggers a friendly review request, parses the rating from the guest's reply, and writes it back to the same sheet — closing the loop with zero manual work.
